Tom Martin is a UEFA qualified football coach based in London, UK who runs the programme.

Tom has worked passionately as a coach on different projects across the world. Having coached players from various different countries and backgrounds he has relationships and perspectives compared to many local coaches. He has worked full time coaching jobs in the UK, UAE and Kenya.

Tom is eager to apply leadership and strategic thinking to help and inspire young athletes. He has already gained hands on experience as a part or leading various football programmes in the UK, Dubai, Barbados, Spain and Africa.
