Bridging Sports and Education: Mfangano Foundation Partners with Agoro Sare Senior School

The Mfangano Foundation has officially launched an exciting new partnership with Agoro Sare Senior School.

This collaboration marks a significant milestone in our mission to create legitimate, positive educational pathways for the talented youth of Mfangano Island through the power of football. By linking athletic excellence directly with academic opportunity, this partnership ensures that our young players do not have to choose between their passion on the pitch and their dreams in the classroom.

The impact of this alliance is already being felt. We are thrilled to celebrate our standout academy players, including Clinton and Frank Lampard, who have both recently been awarded full academic scholarships to study and play at Agoro Sare High School.

"Supporting young talents from a very early age is what allows them to reach their full potential both on and off the pitch," noted a foundation representative. "We are proud to see our players earn the chance to finish their secondary education completely free of cost at a prestigious national high school."

As the foundation continues to break ground on infrastructure projects—like our new pitch development at Sena Primary—building these strong institutional partnerships ensures our athletes have a clear, bright path forward once their time on the island's fields propels them to the next level.
